• Tryptophan: potential additive serotonin effect with SSRIs
• Drug Interactions: Digoxin, diuretics, potassium-depleting medicines. If the patient is taking any medicine, check first for any possible drug interaction before use. Do not take alcohol, sleep aids, tranquilizers of other CNS depressants.
